Shipping Time

I ship same-day if an order is placed BEFORE 5 PM CET (excluding weekends and Belgian National Holidays). If ordered after 5PM CET or on a weekend/holiday your order will ship the next immediate business day.

Estimated shipping times are:

Europe: 3-7 business days

United Kingdom: 1-2 weeks

North America: 1-4 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept cancellations but I don't accept returns or exchanges.

Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Due to the nature of my products it is a health violation to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order please contact me and I will do my best to make it up to you.

What are your hours?

I'm available to message Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Central European Time. Saturdays I'm available to message from 12 PM to 4 PM CET and I'm unavailable on Sundays. Any messages received after these times on these days will not be answered until next working day. Please be patient and wait!

How do I contact you if there's something wrong or I have questions?

I'm committed to honest business practices so if you have a complaint, a change for your order, a question before or after purchase, or any dissatisfaction please contact me via the Contact page or via email at and I'll respond as soon as possible. If your question is covered in the FAQ or policies, I will instead direct you there.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I use bubble mailers that can be recycled for shipping. Soap is wrapped in recycled tissue paper and sealed with recycled plastic tape and paper labels in order to remain sustainable. Labels are printed using recycled adhesive paper labels. For certain collections there may be unique packaging that is used.

Why tallow?

Tallow is a waste product of beef processing and is rendered fat. In soaps it creates a luxuriously creamy and stable lather as well as a rock hard bar that will outlast most vegan formulations. Unfortunately most vegan formulas are expensive to create and do not provide the same results as a non-vegan formula.

My soap is misshapen/weighs differently than listed! What gives?

My soaps are made in small batches, hand-poured, and hand-cut so some soaps may end up weighing a little less. This is to be expected with any handmade product. I'm currently working on getting a slicer that will create much more uniform bars.

Is your workshop clean/what is your workshop like?

My workshop is located in my attic. I thoroughly disinfect everything pre- and post-manufacturing to restaurant quality standards.
